Join Kim Graham and Rachel Rivera at Mariner's Farm in North Yarmouth for a two-hour meditative experience combining gentle flow yoga to begin and a sound bath experience with grounding to close. Enjoy all this while surrounded by the beautiful horses at the farm, sheep, a cute, attention-seeking goat, chickens, and yoga-loving dogs!

Event Description: We will begin our healing session with Kim Graham guiding Energy Medicine Yoga, clearing the gaits, a pranayama practice followed by a few minutes of a gentle yoga flow, and then we'll settle in a seated stillness leading to Rachel’s Sound Healing where you'll lie down or be in a seated position to receive the healing vibrations from the instruments and Rachel's voice.
