The human voice is one of the oldest healing modalities. Using vibration within our own bodies through our vocal chords, we can create healing vibrations to calm our nervous systems. We can also use this ability to work on others and to harmonize with other instruments! Find your voice and practice using it in this inviting, safe class where we will work with our intuition and intention to work on each other and ourselves.
