We invite you to Frinklepod Farm for a magical evening of relaxation and nourishment! We'll start the morning upstairs in The Pod with a sound healing session led by sound and Reiki healer Rachel Rivera, a classically trained musician and opera singer. This hour-long, semi-private session will feature Rachel’s intuitively guided sound baths and sound meditations by playing crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, a Shruti box, and a variety of other instruments as she weaves her voice throughout the session, creating a “Surround Sound” experience.

Afterwards, join us downstairs for a warming lunch featuring two kinds of hearty, plant-based, gluten-free soup. Take-out containers will be provided if you cannot stay or prefer to take your soup home.

What to bring: A blanket in case you get cold and a pillow or bolster for your head, and a yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats and a zero-gravity chairs…
