Sound bath by Rachel Rivera, hands-on Reiki by Kim Graham (Reiki master and yoga teacher) and a little introduction to energy medicine yoga to begin! At the end of the event, take your time to wander around the farm and say hello to the many animals: goats, cats, chickens, horses, dogs, and sheep.
