Join Rachel for a 3-hour class 1-4pm at EnergyMend to learn more about crystal singing bowls and how to play them! In this class you will learn basic music theory, receive a packet of handouts to take home, and practice connecting intuitively to the group to receive an intention. You will also learn to provide an intuitively-guided sound bath with crystal bowls, followed by basic grounding techniques at the end to ground participants. Rachel focuses on intention-based healing and listening to one's intuition! This class can be done as a stand-alone or combined with the Intuitive Voice and Harmonizing with your Bowls class the week after.

A couple of bowl rentals are available from Jamie, but most should have at least 3 bowls to sign up! If you only have 2, that is okay as well.
