This is a regular Episcopal church service, but with a more meditative approach. RSVPing is not necessary. The church service is open to everyone, but is not a regular sound bath. There is communion, hymnal singing, and prayer, with about fifteen minutes of crystal singing bowls and voice from Rachel.
