In this busy world that we live in today, once in a while, we need to take a step back and just allow ourselves to be. We often focus on helping others and forget to give ourselves a much-needed break. Led by sound and Reiki healer Rachel Rivera – a classically trained singer and certified music educator– this special session will feature Rachel’s intuitively-guided sound baths and sound meditations by playing crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, a Shruti box, and a variety of other instruments as she weaves her voice throughout the session, creating a “Surround Sound” experience. This sound healing workshop may help move stuck energy in your energy field, helping you to feel relaxed and refreshed.
